Fore The Ladies was born from a simple but powerful idea: bring more women into the game of golf and create a space where business, confidence, and community come together.

Susan Farrell had a vision to get more women involved in golf—and she brought that vision to life by inviting Jennifer Dauphinais and a couple other incredible female leaders, Bo Crouse-Feuerhelm, and Cara Greening, to help organize the very first Fore the Ladies Golf Outing, supporting a mission near and dear to all of us: Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Triangle.

Held earlier this year at Lonnie Poole Golf Course, the inaugural event brought together over 80 women representing more than 50 companies across the Triangle. It was an unforgettable day of connection, empowerment, and play—raising over $36,000 for families in need. Players ranged from complete beginners to seasoned golfers, all coming together to support a great cause and have some fun.

The event was such a hit, we knew it couldn’t end there.

Fore the Ladies is now a year-round golf league built for women who want to grow their network, build confidence on the course, and have a blast doing it. Whether you're brand new to the game or just looking for a supportive space to play, this is your place.

We meet weekly for relaxed 9-hole rounds, casual networking, and real connection. No pressure. No judgment. Just a welcoming community where business meets fun—and every swing opens a new door.
